Renting Property

Residential lets usually take the form of a Short Assured Tenancy or SAT. We provide landlords with a service which suits them, from advertising the let, locating the tenant and setting up the lease to collecting the deposit and first months rent only. Often we are instructed only to set up the Lease and the Landlord does the rest.

We can provide as little or as much input as you require. There are a number of pre-conditions to letting out your property such as registering as a social landlord with the local authority and the use of a Scottish Government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.
